1. What AppSpark is

AppSpark takes a link to an app or website you own or are authorised to promote, reads the public information on that page, and produces slideshow posts for TikTok and Instagram: hooks, slide text, captions, hashtags and rendered images. It can also publish those posts to social accounts you connect, on a schedule you set. We call that autopilot.

2. Your account

You need to be at least 18 and able to enter a contract to use AppSpark. Keep your login details private and tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for everything that happens under it. One person per account, unless your plan says otherwise.

3. The app you give us

Only paste links to apps, websites or businesses that you own or have permission to promote. When you give us a link, you are telling us we may read the public content on that page and use it to write about your product. If you describe an app instead of linking to it, the same applies to that description.

4. AI-written content

The text AppSpark produces is generated by third-party AI models working from your app's description, the tone you pick and our own instructions. AI can be wrong. It may misstate a feature, invent a number or say something you would not. You must read every post before it is published and you are responsible for what goes out, including any claims it makes about your product. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, or suitable for any particular purpose, and we make no promise about how a post will perform.

As between you and us, you own the posts you create with AppSpark. Because the same AI models serve many people, similar text may be generated for other users, and we cannot promise that any output is unique to you.

5. Photos and other media

Slides are rendered over either photos you upload or free stock photos that we fetch from Pexels. Photos you upload must be yours to use, and you give us the right to store, resize and render them into your posts. Pexels photos are provided under the Pexels license, which lets you use them in your posts for free but does not let you sell unaltered copies, use them to imply endorsement by the people in them, or use them in a way that is unlawful or offensive. You agree to follow that license for every stock photo in your posts.

6. Connected accounts and autopilot

When you connect a TikTok or Instagram account, you authorise AppSpark to publish posts you have approved, on the schedule you chose, through that platform's official developer tools. We never publish a post you have not approved. You can pause autopilot or disconnect an account at any time in the app, and we will stop publishing to it immediately. Posts already published stay on the platform until you remove them there.

Each platform has its own rules. You are responsible for making sure your posts follow TikTok's and Instagram's terms and community guidelines, and for any consequences to your accounts on those platforms. We are not affiliated with TikTok or Meta.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use AppSpark to promote anything unlawful, misleading, hateful, sexual, or that infringes someone else's rights, to spam or manipulate a platform, to scrape or copy our service, or to send us content you are not allowed to share. Do not try to break or overload the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

8. Plans, billing and cancellation

Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. When the trial ends, plans are billed in advance through our payment provider, monthly or yearly depending on what you pick, and renew until you cancel. Cancel during the trial and you will not be charged. Each plan includes a monthly number of apps and slideshows, which resets on each billing date and does not roll over. Cancel any time from the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, whether that is the month or the year. Because the content is generated as soon as you ask for it, we do not give refunds for the current period, except where the law requires it. If we change prices, we will tell you at least 30 days before your plan renews at the new price.

9. What is ours

AppSpark, its software, templates, design and brand belong to us and our licensors. You may use them to create and publish your posts, and for nothing else. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the service without any obligation to you.

10. Ending things

You can delete your account at any time, which removes your content and disconnects your social accounts. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we shut down the service, in which case we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to download your posts where we can.

11. Disclaimers and liability

AppSpark is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free, that generated content will be accurate, or that your posts will reach anyone. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost followers, or platform actions against your accounts, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change matters, we will email you or show a notice in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use AppSpark after that means you accept the new terms.
